Hanxin (Harrison) Wu - Director, Chairman of Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hanxin (Harrison) Wu has 19 years of experience managing medium to large size businesses. In the past years, Mr. Wu has demonstrated a successful track record managing industrial businesses, real estate businesses and finance businesses. Mr. Wu is very experienced with business development strategy planning, corporate management and financial investment.
Ze Yong (Allan) Wu - Director, President
Mr. Ze Yong (Allan) Wu obtained a MBA degree from the University of Wales, United Kingdom. Mr. Wu is a professional manager and strategic planner and was awarded National Top 10 Extraordinary Managers in China. Mr. Wu has provided management consulting and training services to several public companies and multi-national companies in China. Mr. Wu is experienced in industrial company management, marketing, project management and quality control management. Mr. Wu was appointed as the General Officer and Secretary of Coating Division of China ISO Technical Committee. Mr. Wu is now President of Chinese Industrial and Trade Council of Canada (CITCC) and Head Officer of Mining and Energy Division of CITCC.
Ke Feng (Andrea) Yuan - Chief Financial Officer
Andrea Yuan is a Certified General Accountant who has provided many years of client service in both Canada and China. Ms. Yuan was employed by Bank of China from 1994 through 1999 as an internal auditor and then as team head of the internal audit department at the Bank's Shanghai Pudong branch. After arriving in Canada in spring of 1999, Ms. Yuan worked as an accountant at a small accounting firm while she worked towards her CGA designation.
Ms. Yuan moved to Davidson and Company LLP, Chartered Accountants in 2004 where she worked in the firm's audit group. From 2009 until November 2011, Ms. Yuan was employed as an audit principal at Davidson. From November 2006 until 2009, Ms. Yuan was employed as an audit manager at Davidson. In addition to overseeing a variety of Canadian public company audit files, Ms. Yuan was also responsible for conducting the audits of various foreign public companies including Chinese and Korean companies.
Ms. Yuan started her own financial and management consulting company Black Dragon Financial Consulting Services Inc. in November 2011. Currently, Ms. Yuan acts as Chief Financial Officer or financial consultant for several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Ms. Yuan is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Ms. Yuan obtained her Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1994. Ms. Yuan became a Certified General Accountant in British Columbia in 2005 and a Certified Public Accountant in New Hampshire in 2007.
William Howell - Director
Mr. Howell graduated from UBC in 1970 with a BSc degree in geology. After working for several major and junior exploration companies, he became an independent contractor/consultant within the mineral exploration industry in 1983. He has experienced a variety of exploration programs, corporate approaches to exploration and projects from grassroots through different stages of drilling to prefeasibility and feasibility planning. His exploration activities has taken him throughout western North America including British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Western and southwestern United States, northern and central Mexico, and the republics of South Korea and Panama. Mr. Howell is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
Gong (Michael) Chen - Director
Mr. Gong (Michael) Chen is the President and Managing Director of DoubleOcean Financial Group Ltd., a financial advisory company. Mr. Chen has 20 year extensive experience in investment, financing and finance management, especially with North America publicly listed natural resources companies and has acted in the capacity of a director and/or Chief Financial Officer of a number of TSX or TSXV-listed public companies including Commander Resources Ltd, Maritime Resources Corp., Spur Ventures Inc., OpenEC Technologies and Ord Mountain Resources Inc. Prior to moving to Canada in 2004, Mr. Chen held various finance management positions with Honeywell International and Goodrich Corporation in the U.S., both Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Chen received a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Peking University in Beijing, China in 1992 and his MBA degree from the University of Arizona in 1997. Mr. Chen is a Certified Public Accountant in the United States.
Jia Yi (Kary) Wu - Director
Ms. Wu has a bachelor degree of literature from the University of British Columbia. Ms. Wu worked in areas of finance investment and futures investment, project engineering, and business promotion and marketing since 2008.
Janet Horbulyk - Corporate Secretary
Ms. Horbulyk has previously served as Corporate Secretary for various companies and has 30 years experience in public company administration and regulatory matters. She has in-depth experience with the evolving regulatory framework for public companies and documentation for financing and filings for companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
David Hjerpe - Technical Advisor
Mr. Hjerpe is a mining executive with significant experience, he was formerly the president of Hera Resources (1994-1997), International Taurus Resources (1988-1996) and Medallion Resources (1996-1997).
David Bridge – Technical Advisor
Mr. Bridge graduated from University of British Columbia in 1990 with a BASc in geological engineering and again in 1994 with a MASc. Since graduating, he has worked for mineral exploration companies in British Columbia and the Northwest Territories and for an engineering consulting firm. Mr. Bridge is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
Pei Jun Wang – Geological Exploration Expert
Mr. Pei Jun Wang used to be the Head Engineer and Vice President at Geological Research Department of China Ministry of Chemical Industry. He was awarded the Lisiguang Geological Science Award - Field Geologist Award.
Mr. Wang graduated from Chang Chun Geology University with a major in Mineral Resources and Geology. Mr. Wang worked for China Dandong Mining Corporation, Liao Ning Provincial Chemical Geology Team and Potash Team, and Geological Research Department of China Ministry of Chemical Industry. Mr. Wang is an expert on prospecting, exploring and researching molybdenum and gold properties. He has frequently received the China Chemical Industry Bureau Geological Prospecting Award, National Geological Technology Award and National Science Advancement Award in China. Mr. Wang participated in writing and compiling the book China Mineral Deposits- Boron Deposits, which was awarded the First Prize by China National News and Publishing Department.
Mr. Wang is currently a senior expert at Mining and Energy Division of Canada-China Industrial and Trade Council in Canada. |
